I-DIP no longer stores new passwords. Identity is Enigma.

• Already on Enigma: use Sign in with Enigma, not ID + password.
• Forgot Enigma password: use Forgot password on the Enigma sign-in screen. We will not email you a password.
• Rand Water trainee with qualifications and no login: do not create a second passport. Ask support to attach your ID number to Enigma.
• Local ID + password is only for leftover accounts (for example Tash-Lynne) until they move to Enigma.
